Banjarbaru, BeritaBanjarbaru – Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Banjarbaru Taufik Rachman saat menyerahkan bantuan sembako dari Ketua Bapera (Badan Pemuda Nusantara) Airlangga Hartarto di Panti Wiyata Kartika Putra, Rabu (12/5/2021), juga memanfaatkan waktunya untuk menunaikan ibadah zakat fitrah di tempat tersebut.

Ia mengatakan, zakat fitrah adalah kewajiban dirinya sebagai umat muslim di bulan Ramadhan menjelang lebaran.

“Saya berzakat dengan uang tunai, seharga beras yang sudah dianjurkan. Sekaligus untuk isteri dan dua anak,” ujar Taufik.

Taufik mengatakan, isteri dan anaknya tidak ikut serta dalam kegiatan, termasuk saat berzakat di Panti Wiyata Kartika Putra. (Randi/Rudy Azhary)
